What is TopNod wallet?

TopNod is a decentralized, self-custodial wallet, focusing on digital versions of real-world assets (RWAs). TopNod allows access to RWAs, major tokens and stablecoins – via popular third-party platforms. It provides users with a secure and intuitive tool to view, manage, and interact with RWAs — all in one application, designed to feel as familiar and easy to use as mainstream internet apps.

How to download TopNod?

You can download TopNod Wallet through the following official channels:

• iOS: Available on the App Store
• Android: Available on Google Play or as an APK download from our official website

All download links are available on our official website, directing you to the correct app store or download page. Always download TopNod only from official links. 

How to create a TopNod wallet using your Apple or Google account?

After downloading the TopNod App, you can quickly register using your Apple ID or Google account:

1. Open the app and tap "Create a new wallet."
2. Select Apple or Google and follow the prompts to complete authentication.
3. Once verified, set a 8-digit PIN code. This PIN will be used for wallet login, transaction authorization, and to recover your account if you change or lose your device.

Tip: Please keep your PIN code secure. If it is lost, you may permanently lose access to your assets. TopNod will not be able to recover it.

How to recover my wallet?

TopNod uses a multi-shard access code mechanism to protect your private key and digital assets and ensure your wallet can be recovered when needed. You can restore your wallet on any device by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account using Apple ID, Google account, or email verification;
2. Enter your previously set PIN code;
3. The system will unlock the encrypted access code shards and restore your private key, gaining you access to the wallet.

Tip: Keep your PIN code safe — it is required to recover your wallet.

What if I forgot my PIN code?

Your PIN code is the only credential for accessing and managing your wallet. It is required for logging in, authorizing transactions, and recovering your account on a new device.

• If you forget your PIN but are still logged in on a device with biometric authentication (e.g., Face ID or fingerprint), you can continue using the wallet, but you cannot reset the PIN.
• If you log out or switch to a new device without your PIN, you will lose access to your wallet permanently.

Tip: Always keep your PIN code safe, it is essential for your wallet security and recovery. If it is lost, you may permanently lose access to your assets. TopNod will not be able to recover it.

Which blockchains does TopNod support?

TopNod currently supports Ethereum, Solana, Sui and Plume, allowing users to manage and interact with assets across these networks. We plan to gradually expand support to more major blockchains based on user needs and ecosystem development.

How to deposit crypto into TopNod?

After downloading and registering the TopNod wallet:

1. Open the app and tap "On-chain receive" on the home screen;
2. Select the blockchain network for the asset you want to deposit (e.g., Ethereum or Solana), then copy the deposit address;
3. From another wallet where you hold your assets, initiate a transfer to the copied deposit address, making sure the selected network matches the address;
4. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your assets will automatically appear in your TopNod wallet, no further action is needed.

Tip: Always make sure you select the correct network, as using the wrong one could result in a loss of assets.

How to buy crypto in TopNod?

TopNod integrates with multiple third-party fiat on-ramp providers, allowing you to purchase crypto based on your location and local currency.

1. Open the TopNod App and tap "Buy Crypto with Cash."
2. Select the token you want to purchase and enter the amount in your local currency.
3. Confirm and you'll be redirected to a third-party provider's page to complete the purchase.
4. Register with the third-party provider and complete KYC (identity verification).
5. Choose your payment method — typically bank transfer or credit/debit card.
6. Once the fiat transaction is completed, your purchased crypto will appear in your TopNod wallet.

Tip: Available providers and payment methods depend on your region and currency. If your payment is declined, please try another provider or contact the provider's support directly.

How to purchase digital assets? 

After downloading and registering your TopNod wallet:

1. On the home screen, select the digital asset you want to purchase and view its details;
2. Confirm and you'll be redirected to a third-party provider's page to complete the purchase.
3. Enter the amount you want to buy on the third-party provider's transaction page and confirm the purchase;
4. Make sure your account has sufficient funds, or use the fiat on-ramp feature to top up before buying.

Can I import an existing wallet?

TopNod does not support importing existing wallets currently. To use TopNod, you'll need to create a new account. We may consider adding wallet import functionality in the future based on user needs.

Do I need to manually add tokens to my TopNod wallet? 

Currently, TopNod does not support manually adding tokens. All supported tokens will automatically appear in your wallet if there is a balance. We will continue to expand the types and number of supported tokens based on user needs. At present, TopNod supports native crypto assets, stablecoins, and RWA-related tokens on Ethereum and Solana.

What if I sent unsupported tokens to TopNod wallet address?

Don't worry — your tokens may still be recoverable.

If you sent tokens from an unsupported EVM network (e.g., BSC, Arbitrum), you can usually recover them using an EVM-compatible wallet like MetaMask:

1. Export your TopNod wallet's private key;
2. Import it into a wallet that supports the target network;
3. Once visible, transfer the tokens back to your exchange or re-deposit them to TopNod using a supported network.

If the tokens were sent from a non-EVM network, please contact TopNod support as soon as possible so we can assess if recovery is possible.

How to delete my account?

To request account deletion, please download the TopNod App from https://topnod.com and submit a deletion request. Before we can process your request, you will need to:

• Complete identity verification (KYC)
• Export and securely save your wallet seed phrase (recovery credential)

Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and associated data within ten(10) business days, including:

• Removal of all login methods (Apple ID / Google / email), making it impossible to log in or create a new account
• Deletion of your account profile data (this action is irreversible)
• Erasure of any identity verification records
• Disabling of all in-app transactions

Important: Please export and securely store your wallet seed phrase before deletion. After your account is deleted, we will no longer be able to help you recover access to your wallet.
